Archive Manager MMC Displays Incorrect Build Number

Archive Manager can display the software build number in two locations, by selecting the 'About Enterprise Protection Server...' link in the Actions pane, and by selecting the Help menu and About Archive Manager.

The 'About Enterprise Protection Server' window displays the correct build number; however, the About Archive Manager dialog box may display an incorrect build number.

The Archive Manager MMC caches the build number information and must be refreshed to reflect an updated build number.

To resolve, either log off the Enterprise Protection Server and log back on, or reboot the server.
