Unable to contact the update server at this time

From a Product Update Available alert, selecting the 'Download now' results in the informational message 'Unable to contact the update server at this time. Please try again later.'

The following image shows the issue when running DATASTOR Shield for RDX build 9.0.1130.1 and attempting to upgrade to build 9.0.1800.1.

If problem persists, contact support for assistance and to access an alternate download link that can be used to update the software. Please provide your current license key string or License ID to confirm eligibility for product updates.
